Falling Water Falls
One of the hidden gems of Walden, Falling Water Falls is tucked away in a neighborhood setting at the end of Forest Park Drive. A short, but moderately challenging, hike rewards visitors with stunning views of the Tennessee Valley and the beautiful 110-foot waterfall. The cliff top section is located in the town of Walden. Open year round from sunrise to sunset, Falling Water was established by the state as part of a protected natural area which includes mountain laurel, rosebay rhododendrons, and Eastern hemlock trees. It is home to unique rock formations as well as a variety of plant life. Among the breathtaking views, it is a beloved spot for locals and outdoor enthusiasts and holds cultural and historical significance in the community.
