The Town of Walden Board of Mayor and Alderman will have a Special Called meeting on March 11th, 2025 at 5:30pm at Walden Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is for a public hearing for a special permit for Anderson Ave parcels 098F C 005.00, 005.02 & 005.03, first reading of 2024-2025 fiscal year budget amendment, consideration of striping and reflector bid, consideration of 2025-2026 budget workshop date, consideration of process for public sewer and decentralized wastewater systems approval, and all monthly recurring Town Hall agenda items.

Additional items added to the Special Called agenda are consideration of moratorium on preliminary plats and building permits in town center zones until Design Review Standards are completed, consideration of Cybersecurity MOU, reappointment of Tom Bartoo to Walden Planning Commission for 5 year term, reappointment of Tim Hilvers to Walden Planning Commission for 5 year term, and consideration of Walden’s 50th anniversary celebration.
